WILLIAM MORGAN 'BILL' KING (pianist, composer, publisher, producer) was born on June 22, 1946 in Jefferson, Indiana. Worked with many of the stars of the day including The Shangrilas, Dick and Dee Dee, Freddy Cannon, The Dovells, and Ronnie Dove. Appeared with the Dick Clark Caravan of Stars
Became Linda Ronstadts Music Director and Pianist. A year later, he joined Janis Joplins, Pointer Sisters
Moved to Toronto in the late 70s to form the rock group Kearney
1985 JUNO Award Nominee as Best Jazz Recording for Avenue B
Currently host of CIUTs Bill King Show, Thursdays 9:00-10:00am.

became one of England's leading singing idols and was called 'the English Sinatra'
After a year (1951) in New York as an arranger for Eddie Fisher, Ezio Pinza, and Kate Smith, he returned in 1952 to Toronto, starring first on CBC radio and then (1954-7) on CBC TV's 'Denny Vaughan Show'
From 1967 until shortly before his death Vaughan worked in Hollywood as a bandleader and was choral director for such TV programs as 'The Smothers Brothers' Show' and 'The Glen Campbell Hour'

Acker Bilk was Bernard Stanley Bilk of Somerset, England ("Acker" is a term for "friend"). He took up the clarinet in the UK Royal Army. In 1958, he formed the Paramount Jazz Band. This is an instrumental song featuring Bilk's clarinet. Bilk died on November 2, 2014 at age 85.

Returned to Britain 1990s. June 2011, Harrison played Glastonbury Festival's "Spirit of '71" stage.
Died in a hospital following a heart attack at his home in Devon, several hours after he had performed
